Shipping policy
As our logistics partner will not pack our orders free of charge, and it has become very expensive to send a premium parcel, we have decided to cover a large portion of the delivery costs, provided you spend at least 85 euros in our shop. That way, we can make a profit on the order and you benefit from cheaper delivery. You are, of course, welcome to spend less, but to avoid us making a loss on small orders, the delivery charge will be correspondingly higher. We hope you understand.
The prices below are based on orders valued at EUR 85 or higher.
Lower order values = higher shipping prices.

Zone A: 1-3 work days - From €4.99
Austria (DHL), Belgium (DHL), Germany (DHL), Finland (BRING), France (DHL), Holland (DHL), Italy (DHL), Poland (DHL) and Sweden (BRING)
Zone B: 3-5 work days - From €9.99
Bulgaria (DHL), Croatia (DHL), Cyprus (DHL), Czech Republic (DHL), Estonia (DHL), Greece (DHL), Hungary (DHL), Ireland (DHL), Latvia (DHL), Lithuania (DHL), Portugal* (DHL), Luxembourg (DHL), Malta (DHL), Romania (DHL), Slovakia (DHL), Slovenia (DHL) and Spain* (DHL).
*We do not ship to remote islands.
Shipping company
Your parcel will be shipped with DHL Premium from our fulfilment center in Germany. Our fulfilment partner makes sure that all orders (received before 1pm) are shipped on a daily basis. As soon as your parcel has left our fulfilment partner, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Don't worry, VAT is included :-).
If you live in an EU country, and buy a product in an EU based shop like ours, VAT is included in the prices you see. You will not be charged any local VAT or other taxes when the baking steel parcel arrives.
